Carol teaches gentle hatha yoga classes online. Gentle yoga involves moving slowly and mindfully. Modifications are offered frequently to ensure that students get the most out of the practice without injuring themselves. It is a practice that is especially good for students with pain or mobility issues.
Gentle yoga appeals to students who prefer a slower pace or who have issues such as low back/SI joint pain, poor digestion, neck/shoulder pain, tight hips, low bone density, knee and foot pain, weak core, and poor balance. Carol structures her classes around these and other related issues.
